Are the items you sell new?
Most things that I sell are new and unused, but I also have gently-worn clothing and other items. If there are any minor flaws, I'll make note of them, so you'll know exactly what you're getting.
Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes, apart from large items which must be sent separately. In most cases, on items over 2 pounds, I use Flat Rate Priority Mail, so I'll be happy to cram as much into one box as I possibly can to save you on postage.
For larger items I'm not listing a rate for S&H, as it will depend upon where you live and how you want the item sent.
Do you accept returns?
As a rule, no - I'm trying to keep this as simple as possible, and will not only provide all the information (including measurements on clothing) I can on any given product, but will be happy to answer any questions you might have - just ask!
If you're really unhappy with something, I'll accept a return for store credit only, minus S&H and a 10% restocking fee.
How can I pay for my purchase?
My preferred method of payment is Paypal, but I also set up a Google checkout (and hope I did it right!). I'd rather not take checks, but if you're really paranoid about using on-line payment methods, I will accept a POSTAL money order.
Do you offer postal insurance?
Yes; insurance is available for $1.75 for up to $50; for amounts higher than that it will depend upon the total value of your purchase.
For items sent via UPS or FedEx, insurance is included up to $100.
Please note that - although insurance is optional - I am NOT responsible for packages once they're dropped off at the Post Office!
